Counselling outdoors

Taking therapy outside.

 

Walk-and-talk therapy involves sessions taking place in one of several outdoor locations. This may be continuous walking or finding a space to sit, away from the traditional setting of indoor counselling. 

Confidentiality and the process of counselling and therapies mimic indoor and online therapy, just taking place outdoors.

 

I have a number of selected locations available by sea and inland nature spaces.
