Counselling can be an incredibly helpful tool for those who are ready. 

Counselling assists in discovering links between experience, perception and who we are in the present. If one feels ready to look more closely at issues of concern, counselling offers a safe and confidential space to allow for thoughts to become words or actions through talking, arts, walking or alternative physical movement therapies to allow for space and comfort in the mind and the body.

Bay counselling offers an integrated range of therapy types, such as Person Centred, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution focussed and Transactional Analysis (TA) via a network of qualified therapists based across East Kent.

My own professional interests lie in narcissistic relationship recovery and antenatal and postnatal depression, in addition to my work with grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, change and stress.

I hold sessions indoors in my  Cabin (covid-safe), outdoors (walk-and-talk or location-based), and online.
There is opportunity to integrate work further using a network of specialists on an individual basis if needed. This may be Somatic healing for trauma, body healing and movement for anxiety and stress and Systemic counselling for families and couples, for example.
