Counselling can be an incredibly helpful tool for those who are ready. 

Bay counselling offers an integrated range of therapy types, such as Person Centred, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution focussed and Transactional Analysis (TA). Additionally,  Somatic therapy (body therapy) is offered on referral via a network of qualified therapists based across East Kent.

My own professional interests lie in narcissistic relationship recovery, in addition to my work with communicationgrief, depression, anxiety, relationships, change and stress.

Counselling assists in discovering links between our experience, perception and who we are in the present. If one feels ready to look more closely at issues of concern, counselling offers a safe and confidential space to allow for thoughts to become words or actions through talking, reflection and learning more about ourselves in order to instigate change.   

Talking and expressing ourselves freely, releases tension in the body and helps us process information and thoughts more clearly.  There is an opportunity to learn tools and techniques to reduce ill-mental health, make clearer decisions, find acceptance, improve relationships and live a healthier life.
