1-1 counselling for employees online or in person. Sessions run for 50 minutes for 6 weeks. 
Counselling aims to improve employees wellbeing, focus and incorporates a number of approaches including Person Centred, CBT and Solution-Focused applications to sessions.
 
Counselling in the workplace can reduce stress and anxiety and also improve productivity, lower absences improve peer relationships and increase job satisfaction.
