For groups or individuals. learn techniques in mindfulness, breathing and yoga training for mental health and self-awareness.
Wellbeing retreats are planned annually and invite a selection of therapists to introduce mental and physical aspects of mindfulness, 1-1 therapy, art, journaling, healthy eating and restorative exercise (yoga).
Groups are no larger than 10 people to eliminate distraction and allow time for us to work with each participant thoroughly. Retreats are run in Margate, Kent.
